2 "Saisony" Brews in the fermenter.

-The first is Veholt Saison. We will fill a few KeyKegs, the rest will be mixed with some fruit or berries and secondary ferment with Brett.

-The second brew is for a special occation. Details will be relived later.

Then we will grow up WLP001 Yeast.

-First a half batch Irish Red, 4,5 %. Bottles.

-Then one or two batches Bodils Kjærringøl, 6,2 %, as style it is inspired by Scottish Wee Heavy.

-Jimmy Red, 7,0 % Bottles.

-Two brews HumleHelvete DIPA

Maybe this time Jimmy White. American style IPA with wheat and oats. Moving towards the East Coast?

When "Vinmonopolet" has the release in November, 2 new beers from Veholt will be awailable. Tre Kroner, a traditional Yule Beer, Lager Type, 6,5 % 35 IBU and Bodil 6,2 % 22 IBU Scottish Type. Plus our 2 regular types, Jimmy Red, India Red Ale 7,0 % 65 IBU and the well known HumleHelvete DIPA8,5 % and 100 IBU.
